Chettinadu Nalabagam brings to guests the traditional delicacies and specialities of the Chettiars from South India who believed in living life king size.  The fest will serve an elaborate menu of over 50 traditional specialities, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.  And this menu has been conceptualised and perfected by Chef Perumal from Karaikudi.  Guests will be welcomed with a refreshing cool drink called panagam which is a ginger and jaggery-based preparation which helps to keep the heat from getting to you. The main menu comprises a compilation of traditional specialities and dishes of universal appeal. The festival is an ode to the wide variety of traditional Chettinad delicacies being prepared over the centuries by seasoned chefs.
